HELIX Medical Report Format

After every medical procedure you conduct, you will write on a piece of paper a medical report and leave it in the medbay on the desk.

Unit Callsign:
Injuries sustained(number of wounds, type as: one (1) or two (2)):
Injury type(burn, fracture, puncture):
Injury treatment(how it was treated, ex. extraction):
Unit stability(post-procedure):
Fatality chance(the chance that the injury could have killed the unit, in percentage):
Notes:

Remove everything that is in parenthesis before posting it in the medbay. Look at older medical reports for examples.
